The current version does not offer user accounts or claim to save garden plans permanently.
Planner and question inputs
Planner selections remain in the active browser session. Ask Gardening.how sends the question and a small set of relevant public Gardening.how records through the approved Mojica AI Gateway. Leave out names, exact addresses, contact details, and other sensitive information. Ordinary text questions may use the approved Azure fallback only after both local routes fail.
Garden photos
Use a JPEG, PNG, or WebP photo that you have the right or permission to share. Crop away people, addresses, documents, or private details that are not useful to the question. The browser creates a smaller JPEG copy, which removes camera metadata automatically. The temporary copy is sent only to the verified local photo route and deleted after processing. Gardening.how does not extract GPS from the photo; region, zone, and season are used only when you enter them.
Operational data
Hosting, security, and gateway systems may process standard request information and safe operational metadata such as a request identifier, timing, selected tool, route category, and usage counts. Gateway audit records do not contain raw questions, knowledge passages, images, or generated answers.
Future services
If newsletters, accounts, saved plans, or affiliate personalization are added, this policy will be updated before those features collect information.
